A little note of gratitude...

I absolutely love what I do, and when you have a session with me, you’ll quickly see just how passionate I am about helping women reconnect with themselves through colour and personal style.

I started My Colour & Style because I was once in exactly the same position as so many of my clients — standing in front of a wardrobe full of clothes, yet feeling like none of them truly felt like me anymore. I was constantly wearing colours that drained me, defaulting to black because it felt “safe,” and buying pieces because they suited everyone else… but not me.

I remember feeling frustrated wondering why certain outfits looked amazing on other women but made me look tired, flat, older, or completely washed out. I thought maybe it was my body, my age, or that I just “wasn’t stylish.” But the truth was, I simply didn’t understand my own colouring, contrast, personality style, or how to work with my features instead of against them.

Once I discovered colour analysis and personal styling, everything changed. Getting dressed became easier. Shopping became intentional instead of overwhelming. I stopped wasting money on clothes that sat unworn in my wardrobe, and I finally started feeling like myself again.

That’s why I do what I do now. I genuinely love seeing women have those “oh my god… now it all makes sense” moments during their sessions. Watching someone’s face light up when they see themselves in the right colours for the first time never gets old.

This is so much more than clothes or fashion to me. It’s about confidence, identity, simplifying your wardrobe, and helping women feel comfortable, radiant and aligned with who they are now — not who they were 10 years ago.
