Why I help women find themselves again — not just their colours.
Hi, I'm Fiona.
Colour Analyst, Personal Stylist — and recovering hoarder of black activewear.
Okay, real talk. If I told you the full story we'd need snacks, coffee, and probably a weekend away. Here's the quick(ish) version.

Not that long ago, I was drowning in a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear. Tags still on. Pieces I thought I liked until I actually put them on. Spoiler: I didn't. It was a black hole of black activewear — boring, bland, mismatched, and doing absolutely nothing for me.
Then one day, deep in some very important research (read: scrolling TikTok), I found a stylist offering wardrobe audits. Lightbulb moment. "That's what I need." Next minute I'd purged 20% of my wardrobe — probably someone else's entire collection, honestly.
That's when everything changed.
I went all in on personal styling — how clothes should sit, drape, flatter, and make you feel like a million bucks without spending it. Belts, tucks, hemlines — suddenly I cared. Then I found colour analysis, and that was the real game-changer. Certain colours make me glow. Others make me look like I've pulled an all-nighter, minus the fun part. I wanted to know why — why does this suit her and not me? Turns out it's the combination of shape, style and colour. Mind blown.
Now I'm an AOPI-qualified Colour Analysis Consultant, running My Colour and Style from my sunny home studio in Doreen, Melbourne — or virtually, so you can colour-match from your couch in your PJs. No judgement.
With my swatch of over 50 shades and a solid handle on body shape, I finally get dressed with confidence. Now I help other women do the same — because getting dressed shouldn't feel like a daily negotiation with a wardrobe that's working against you.
If you're sick of "meh" outfits and a wardrobe full of mystery, I've got you.
Let's bring the colour — and the confidence — back.
